    Smoky and intense with aromas of barbequed meats, grilled green pepper, damp embers and maritime saltiness lifted with a vegetal freshness.

    Layers of peat reek and olive brine intertwine to display flavours of streaky bacon, fireplace soot, wood spices and smoked fish.

  • Finish

    Notes of cigar smoke and liquorice slowly fade into tingly, sweet spices leaving a clove and anise linger on the tongue.
