Tasting Notes

  • Nose

    Smoky and intense with aromas of grilled meats, bell pepper and green banana with hints of eucalyptus and maple sweetness.

  • Palate

    Layers of grilled fennel, Pak Choi and cured meats mingled with rich fruit cake, liquorice, black olives and cinnamon sticks.

  • Finish

    Warming and long with layers of marzipan, prosciutto and pistachio fading into a sweet, smoky, aniseed linger.
