Tasting Notes

  • Nose

    Rich aromas of fireside soot and coastal smokehouses mingled with grilled fennel, bell pepper and citrus oils.

  • Palate

    Oily peat smoke and barbequed ribs followed by black olive tapenade, anchovy, maple syrup and cedar spices.

  • Finish

    Salted liquorice, espresso coffee and soy sauce fading to a cacao, burnt toast and icing sugar linger.
